A chic vintage halter neck mini dress in electric blue silk with lace shell, handmade by Amanda Robinson c.1987. It is fitted to the body with a high halter neck and fastens down the back with matching looped covered buttons and two openings. It has a scalloped lace shell covered with rose pattern.
